OK IMPORTANT THROUGH THIS WHOLE THING HAVE AN EXP POT USED ON YOU IF IT RUNS OUT GET ANOTHER

Level 1-70
Start your character buy 10 exp balls n use them all this should get you to at least level 60 ok now that your level 60 click on the ghost and take the pheasent quest do this untill your level 70

(other things you should do: buy the skill snow from the pedlar buy a level 10 wand from the blacksmith and purchase dragon balls to make it super (use the artisan wind npc to do this) if you dont have enough cps jump outside and kill pheasants for a little bit second buy a +5 stone or +6 stone if you can afford it
and +6 your ring (this is one of the most important things) level the ring to level 70 when you are level 70

Level 70-90
ok now your level 70 you have a choice go to desert n kill the monsters there or go to bird
1.get plvled by archers
2.get someone to tank for you
3.keep killing pheasants untill all ur gears are +6
if you can take it level on the birds untill lvl 90

level 90-110
make sure youve killed enough birds and try +7ing all your gears
kill tomb bats untill around 95 slowly move up to bloody bats till 100
purchase a super fan and a super tower from the shopping mall
kill red devils untill level 110

(nows a good point to level your armor and stuff (BUT NOT THE WAND) to level 110)

level 110-120(or 130 if your patient)(130 the skilled way)
ok make sure your tower and fan are both +6-7(or higher if you can afford it)
and go to twin city and talk to evilhawk and do the level 110 quest try and find the biggest mob n attack them with the wand snow will level you fast
keep on leveling untill level 120 (130 if you are patient)

(alternative/lazy way to get to level 130 from 120)
go to Carpenterjin and take his quest go to the far top left corner till you find a big mob jump in the middle n attack them with the wand walk away get a drink they have so much health youll be 130 b4 you even kill it)

reborn at 130 or higher your choice blessed rebirth is smarter

ok now your reborn DONT UNEQUIP YOUR TALISMANS!

level 1-110
go to red devils and kill them untill level 110

go to the level 110 zone till level 120 (or 130)

do the lazy step if needed

reborn again

repeat last few steps and your done

i think lvl 1-110 is easy with:

1-70 birdman or hawkings
70-110 slinger labyrint
